  • I’ve sent you an email but not heard back?

I always try to respond to messages within 48 hours, so if you’ve not had a reply please check your junk mail! This seems to happen a lot with Hotmail email addresses.

  • How can I find out my ring size?

The most accurate way to find out your ring size is to visit your local jeweller to have your finger sized professionally. Your required ring size can vary depending on the width of the band you are choosing. You may be a size K for a regular width band, but you may need a size L for a wide band (for example). I recommend that you choose your desired ring from our collection, note if it’s a wider band or not, and then visit your local jeweller and ask to be sized to suit. If you are unsure on the band width, please contact me for help.

I do have the option for you to choose ‘send sizer’, where I can dispatch a generic plastic ring sizing gauge to you (separately or as part of your Collection Kit depending on what you order) - however I cannot be held responsible for an inaccurate ring sizing. Please be aware that I do NOT offer ring re-sizing.

  • Is my jewellery suitable for everyday wear?

This is a decision that you need to make, taking into account your daily routines. With the right care, your jewellery can be worn daily - but it is important that you adhere to the Jewellery Care Guide to keep your jewellery looking it’s best.

  • How long will my order take?

Please see each individual listing for turnaround times. Lots of love and care goes into each piece - they are often made to order and some pieces require more time to create.

  • I want to order some mourning jewellery, how do I sent ashes/hair to you?

Once you have placed an order with me, I will dispatch a ‘Collection Kit’ which contains a few things you can use to safely put together the materials for your jewellery. Each Collection Kit holds bags, scoops, instructions and a pre-addressed box to be returned to me. Please note - it is the clients responsibility to cover the return postage of the Collection Kit.

 

  • Do you accept international orders?

My website is set up to only accept orders from within the United Kingdom. If you a international and really interested in having a piece of jewellery made, please ‘contact’ me to discuss as there may be additional charges.

  • Can I change my mind after I have submitted an order?

Please take your time when placing your order, as I cannot guarantee that I will be able to make changes. I will begin to work on your order as soon as possible. Feel free to email me with any questions you have before your order, as I am happy to help. 

  • What are your cancellation/refund or exchange policies?
